I’m about to move, what do I do?

If you are staying within the same state and same utility region, we can easily transfer your community solar account to your new location. We require at least 60 days’ notice to process the request in a timely manner.

If you are moving to a new utility, then we may be able to transfer your subscription to another community solar program, depending on program availability. We require at least 60 days’ notice to process the request in a timely manner.

If you are moving to a state where OYA Solar does not have community solar programs, you will need to cancel your subscription. Please refer to your subscription agreement terms for the written notice and any applicable cancellation fees.
